Released in 2008, Chicago's Hardest Working Vol.3 (The Celebration) is the 3rd and final installment in the CHW mixtape series. After pouring their soul into tracks on volume two, Abstract Mindstate felt the need to shake it off and have good time, hence the subtitle "The Celebration." This is also a concept mixtape that purposely used Rick James samples for every song to drive home the idea that "it's a celebration b***hes." This volume of the series finds The Wonder Twins of the Windy City connecting with Chi-towns underground elites to create a good ole fashion Hip Hop extravaganza.
